Seven Spiritual Laws of Success

Success means different things to different people. I believe it’s more than just the traditional definition in which you would have a successful career and make lots of money. There is so much more to life than this narrow definition.

It can also be defined as follows;

  • Happiness
  • Achieving Goals
  • Living in a state of appreciation and gratitude
  • Being able to manifest your desires
  • Living in accordance with your values
  • Knowing that you did your best and have become the best you are capable of.
  • Liking yourself and what you do with your life.
  • Being actively engaged with life
  • Abundance of whatever you desire

the seven spiritual laws of success

Success is a very individual thing – different for each of us.

Spiritual teacher Deepak Chopra came up with the seven spiritual laws for success. I thought I would explain what I know about each of them

The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success

  1. The Law of Pure Potentiality
This law is based on the fact that you are a spiritual being, pure consciousness.Pure consciousness is also pure potential as its limitless. That means you are unrealised expression – ready to manifest whatever you desire. All you have to do is learn how to do this. Once you learn how to align with what you want – it will be yours.
  1.  The Law of Giving
There is a flow of energy in the universe. Giving and receiving are different aspects of this flow. Be willing to give what you desire and it will return to you. It’s like circulating energy. If you are not willing to give it shows that you are thinking the opposite to abundance and thus it will become so.
  2. The Law of Cause and Effect
Everything you do has an intent and that’s usually the root cause of you thought or action. This creates an effect somewhere in your world. Learn to master cause and effect by looking internally and being aware of your intent. The easy way to this is too choose action that bring happiness and good things to others and it will be returned to you.
  3. The law of Least Effort
This law is based on nature and the way it operates with effortless ease. Your life will be effortless if you keep yourself via your thoughts in a state of love and gratitude. This is the energy of the universe and everything will works out well and harmoniously when we keep ourselves in this vibration.
  4. The Law of Intention and Desire
To manifest you need desire and intent. Desire shows the way forward and signals your correct direction. However Intent sets the tone and clarity of your desire and allows you to fulfil it. You need to be able to look internally at your pure thought process to understand your intent.
  1. The Law of Detachment
If you are detached from the result of your desire then you are free from the negative thoughts that oppose your forward movement. In other words you need to have desire and intent to create but then you must have an element of “I don’t care” “ I don’t need” in order for you desire to manifest. Need implies “lack” and this is the opposite of abundance.
  1. The Law of Purpose in Life
You are a spiritual beings that has taken a physical form to fulfill a purpose and to discover yourself. The talents you were born with and natural have without effort are usually pointers to your purpose. You need to express those talents to be fulfilled and to be happy. An easy way to do this is to turn those talents towards helping others.
